Although we are established in the United States, because we serve clients in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom we apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and applicable ePrivacy (cookie) rules to everyone.

We only collect data you choose to give us or that is needed to run our website:
Information you provide
- Qualification & contact forms (Playbook request, call/audit scheduling, enquiries): full name, work email, optional LinkedIn profile, country, optional phone number and country code, company, role, employee-count range, the marketing and AI initiatives you select, any message you write, and your WhatsApp-contact and data-processing consents.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data (only if you consent): device, browser, approximate location (with IP address anonymised), pages viewed and interactions — collected via Google Analytics 4.
- Server logs: our host records standard technical data such as IP address and request time to keep the service secure and available.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (e.g. health, political opinions). Please do not include such information in free-text message fields.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal data.
6. International data transfers
We are established in the United States and use service providers that operate globally, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where we transfer the personal data of individuals in the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework — to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
7. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry & lead data: for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business relationship, and thereafter as required to meet legal or accounting obligations.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months for user-level data), in aggregated form.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

9. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, rate limiting on our forms and reputable processors — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information at all times.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, ask you to renew your cookie consent. Please review this page periodically.
