This policy explains what personal data we collect, why and how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. 5. Who we share your data with

We share data only with trusted service providers ("processors") that act on our instructions to run this website and communicate with you:

Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement. We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our legal rights. We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

6. International data transfers

We are established in the United States and use service providers that operate globally, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where we transfer the personal data of individuals in the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, providers' certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework — to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information at all times.
